ABOUT DMD STAIRS LLC
Douglas Diani, the owner and founder of DMD Stairs, has been practicing the craft since an early age. He began at the bottom installing interior rails, but was always learning as much as he could. Much of his knowledge comes from working the job and self-taught lessons he's learned throughout his career. This learn by doing process is reflected in the way DMD trains its employees today. Every employee spends a minimum of one year, sometimes up to two, training in the assembly plant. Only then are they officially recognized as artisans of the trade and allowed to work on your staircases.
WHERE WE ARE NOW
From those humble beginnings, Douglas moved on to start his own company which has grown into a very successful enterprise. Douglas attributes this growth to positive word of mouth from satisfied customers; others attribute it to Douglas's outgoing personality and hardworking spirit. DMD Stairs now operates a showroom in Jackson, New Jersey. They hold accounts with large homebuilding companies such as K. Hovnanian, Beazer, D.R. Horton, Paramount Homes, Toll Brothers, and Lennar. DMD is now able to offer their services to residential and commercial customers throughout all of New Jersey, Southern New York State, parts of New York City, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Connecticut.
KEYS TO THE BUSINESS
DMD Stairs operates with the goal of keeping customers reassured and satisfied. Douglas makes personal visits to many job sites and makes himself available to respond to customer questions and concerns. DMD always delivers a product that is within budget and on time. The staircases and railings made by Douglas and his team are also made to be of the highest quality. They are proud of their work, and would be happy to show you pictures of previous projects.
